What ingredients are used to make your scents?
At our core, we believe that you shouldn't compromise your commitment to cleanliness and well-being when indulging in luxury home goods. That's why we took it upon ourselves to craft exquisite products that uphold the highest standards. Our products are consciously crafted without any Prop 65 ingredients, carcinogens, mutagens, or toxins that can impact your reproductive health, organs, or overall well-being.
Are your fragrances toxin-free?
Yes! All the fragrance oils we use in production are free of phthalate, parabens, and ethically-sourced.
We are passionate about animal welfare, and that's why we exclusively utilize cruelty-free, vegan oils, ensuring that no animal products or derivatives make their way into our products. From the very beginning, we've made it a point to be phthalate-free, vegan, and cruelty-free, because we genuinely care about your satisfaction and the well-being of our furry friends.
Are your products safe for pets and kids?
Yes, our products are free of all the bad stuff! No phthalates, sulfates, mutagens, toxins. That said, we still recommend keeping our products out of reach of children or pets.
Where are Blissful Haven products made?
Our materials are ethically sourced from around the world, with majority of our goods in the U.S. Our products are hand-poured and packaged (with love) at our headquarters in Vista, California.
How long do your diffusers last for?
Our 150ml fragrance oil bottles last for approximately 60-75 days.
Our 200ml fragrance oil bottles last for approximately 85-95 days.
With either option, flip the reed sticks every 4-5 days to continue the aroma.
Can the diffuser be repurposed?
Most definitely, we're all here for sustainability! Please refer to our Diffuser Care for tips on preparing your diffuser for our latest natural refill scent, as well as ways to repurpose the vessel.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, including PayPal and ShopPay via Shopify.
How do I check the status of my order?
Please refer to our Delivery Times based on your selection. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number so you can follow along! Please make sure to check your Spam and Promotions folders if you cannot locate the order and shipping confirmation emails.
Please allow 72 hours for the shipping carrier to pick up your order and scan the shipping label, should your tracking page say "Invalid".
Can I modify or cancel my order?
As processing begins immediately after your order is placed, we cannot modify the contents of your order. However, if your order needs to be canceled, please email us here as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order, and will gladly process it as a return once it's received. Please check our Returns page for more information.
Do you offer discounts on first time purchases?
Yes! We offer our community a welcome discount if you sign up for our newsletter. Head to the bottom of our website, enter your email address in the box and select "Join the Community" to stay connected with us.
